How does it work? What’s the process?

Make your purchase, as normal. Use the discount coupon if any, that will appear.

Upon receipt of your order send it with an email to support@softstartrv.com with any ONE of these documents:

- Military ID card (active or expired)
- State-issued ID that lists veteran status
- DD Form 214

We'll then rebate you back your Military Discount.
